Perfect Conditions

Now that its fall the weather is getting pretty chilly and getting out from under that warm blanket and off that comfy couch to exercise just doesn't sound that at all! But of course sitting on the couch isn't going to do much for your health and fitness. So no matter how cold it is or how comfy you are just remember....
