Fitness Challenge

Starting Sunday I will be following the Daily Workout Plan by Back On Pointe and I want you to be my fitness buddies and do it with me! So your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is every morning after you wake up and before you eat breakfast, do everything that is written for that day!
